At Choi, Taekwondo is taught through the practice and memorization of forms, kicking techniques, self-defense techniques, and board-breaking techniques. Each class also includes some general fitness activities – these vary from class to class.
The Choi’s Dragon taekwondo program challenges its students mentally and physically in a respectful environment.
